About me

A solo practice on Grand Island.

I’m an estate planning attorney serving families throughout Western New York. I earned my law degree at the University at Buffalo, served on active duty in the U.S. Army, and retired from the Army Reserve in 2026 after more than 20 years in uniform. I live on Grand Island with my wife and three children — so I understand firsthand the responsibility families carry.

After a free consultation and a written flat-fee quote, I draft your documents and go through them with you until everything matches your wishes.

We sign everything properly under New York law, and you leave with originals, an organized binder and digital copies.

Every service is quoted as a flat fee up front, and payment plans start as low as $100 a month on my attorney fee. Most straightforward plans are finished within a few weeks of the consultation.
